The Virtual Room Concept

Virtual-Room is a collaborative and innovative virtual reality gaming concept that allows players to travel to the limits of space and time in a unique experience in Paris.

A specially designed room, equipped with the latest technological advancements, is made available to a team of 2 to 4 players for 45 minutes.

The Virtual-Room concept is a live event that provides an opportunity to share moments of camaraderie, test your responsiveness, deductive skills, and teamwork in an experience that blends elements of an escape room with a Hollywood blockbuster.

Reservation

You must be at least 18 years old to book a gaming session, but the game is open to all participants aged 10 and older, provided that minors are accompanied by an adult.

Reservations can be made online through the Bookeo booking site (accessible from the Site), by phone, email, or directly on-site.

The game is designed for teams of 2 to 4 players per room, so you can book a session for a minimum of 2 players, up to a maximum of 4 players.

A game reservation is only confirmed when processed and confirmed by Virtual-Room. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.

A reserved game session cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. If a session is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the bearer or the person claiming the right to play will be refused entry.

You are entirely responsible for entering your personal information correctly on the online booking form. By submitting an online booking form, you guarantee to Virtual-Room that all information provided is accurate.

A reservation becomes invalid and entry will be refused if the team is more than 15 minutes late. In such cases, the session is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be modified.

Furthermore, changes are only possible up to 5 days before the reserved date and are subject to availability. Changes must also be expressly accepted by Virtual-Room.

The mentioned period starts from the day:
1. Of the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of gift vouchers.
2. Of the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, for gift package sales. For contracts concluded off-premises, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
